Return & Refund Policy

Fresh Meat & Perishable Items
Due to the perishable nature of fresh meat, we follow a strict No Return Policy.
However, we provide refunds/replacements only if:
The product is spoiled, damaged, or incorrect.
The issue is reported within 30 minutes of delivery with clear photo/video proof.
General Merchandise (Non-food Items)
Eligible for return/exchange within 48 hours if:
Wrong product delivered
Damaged or defective item received
Items must be unused and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Fresh meat, seafood, poultry
Opened or used general merchandise products
Refund Method
Refunds are processed within 2–5 working days to:
Original payment method OR
Halal Mart Wallet (if applicable)
