General Merchandise: 30–120 minutes

Fresh meat is cut & packed only after the order is placed

Orders are dispatched immediately after preparation

Delivery Charges

Free delivery on eligible orders (as per ongoing offers)

Standard delivery charges may apply for certain areas or smaller orders

Shipping/Delivery Attempts

Delivery may be marked as failed if:

Customer is unavailable

Incorrect address details

Phone number is unreachable

Customer refuses the order without a valid reason

Re-delivery may incur additional charges.

Packaging

Fresh meat is packed in food-grade, leak-proof, and hygienic packaging

General merchandise is packed to avoid damage in transit
